Learn to box in 10 lessons !!

A well thought-out schedule consisting of 10 lessons by means of which we will teach you the basics of boxing : getting the right boxing stance, boxing moves and basic boxing strokes. However, these lessons do not imply exercises facing an opponent and mainly focus on following activities : shaddowboxing, pad / double bag / speedbag and boxbag workout. These lessons may, according to mutual agreement, take place at your private home or may be organised in smaller groups on one of our locations either during day or evenings. .
